Terms of use

1. The yearly license

One yearly license covers the Windows software and the phone apps. The plan depends on how many locksmiths at the shop can sign in:

• Shop. $399 a year, for 1 to 5 locksmiths.
• Crew. $799 a year, for 6 to 10 locksmiths.
• Organization. $1,499 a year, for unlimited locksmiths.

One sign-in per locksmith. A paid license does not cap how many projects (master-key systems) the shop can keep.

2. Price and tax

Those prices are before tax. Stripe may add sales tax. For a Kentucky customer, Kentucky sales tax is 6%.

3. Renewal and canceling

The subscription renews each year until it is canceled. To cancel, email support@masterkeygenie.com, the address on the Contact page, or manage the subscription from the receipt Stripe sends.

4. The first 14 days

A new shop can use the apps for 14 days with no card. During those 14 days the shop gets unlimited projects, one person, and full use, including printing.

After 14 days, projects that already exist stay readable. Creating a system, printing or exporting a chart, and inviting another person require a paid license.

5. Discount codes

If Appfinity LLC issues a discount code, it applies at checkout. A code does not change the public price.

6. Cutting keys

The software designs and records master-key systems. The shop is responsible for following manufacturer specifications and the law when cutting keys. The app is not a substitute for checking the cylinder.

7. The shop that bought it

The license is for the shop that bought it. Do not share a login outside that shop’s people.
