Master Key Genie

Delete your account

Master Key Genie is a product of Appfinity LLC. This page is how you ask us to delete a Master Key Genie account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@masterkeygenie.com from the email address on the account.
  2. Put Delete my Master Key Genie account in the subject line.

We complete the account deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

We delete the sign-in, the shop membership, and the master-key projects stored for that account.

You can remove a single project inside the app without deleting the account.

What may be kept

We may keep a record of the deletion request. The payment processor keeps payment records for the period tax law requires. Those records are not used to run the app.
